Online Training Course for newcomers in youth exchanges

The aim of the BTM course is to offer an international learning experience for practitioners active in the youth work field, enabling them to develop their competences in setting up quality Youth Exchange projects, especially newcomers to this field.
The BiTriMulti training supports voluntary as well as paid youth workers dealing directly with young people in developing their first international Youth Exchange in the framework of the current and future Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. In light of the Covid-19 experience, this particular BTM course will be delivered online and will explore the opportunities and challenges of youth mobility now and in the future.
This training course will take place through different dimensions and supportive formats:
– online plenary meetings on 19,21, 23, 26, 28 and 30 October (every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for two weeks, for approx. 4 hours in the morning part of the day) with individual and group work in between.
