In light of the exceptional circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Erasmus+ programme will implement a series of flexibility measures for the duration of the exceptional period, taking into consideration the specificities and target groups of each supported activity.
Beneficiaries will be allowed to organize their activities virtually. Where relevant, a blended activity approach is encouraged ( i.e. to start with a period of virtual activity abroad, to be combined with a physical activity abroad) all under specific rules and budget calculation.
These changes will affect all active call years starting from 2017.
