The framework of the Key Competences for Lifelong Learning was revised in May 2019 and the launch is planned for August 20th 2019.
What does this actually mean?
All new projects that are entered into the database after August 20th will be offered the revised key competences framework for describing the learning outcomes. All Erasmus+ projects that have been entered into the database before already, will continue to use the older framework, even if they add new participants or generate the certificates anew.
For the European Solidarity Corps projects in the Youthpass database, nothing changes – the new framework has been in place in these certificates since the beginning.
